Advance Booking: Reservations must be made 3-4 days before the scheduled flight.
Payment: Full payment is encouraged before departure, but a 60% deposit is also accepted. The remaining balance is due before the flight.
Availability: VIP lounge access is available upon request, with additional fees applicable per session.
Conditions: Flights may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather conditions, government regulations, or timing issues related to booking. In such cases, alternative options or rescheduling will be offered.
5 Days Notice: 80% refund if canceled at least five days before the flight.
36 Hours Notice: 50% refund if canceled within 36 hours.
24 Hours Notice: No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of departure.
Restrictions: Location changes are not allowed on the day of travel.
Seating: Children over two years must have their own seats for safety and compliance.
Weight Restrictions: All baggage is subject to weight and size restrictions, depending on aircraft capacity. Clients will be informed of allowable limits during booking.
Global Coverage: We work with partners across different countries to ensure quality service delivery. Our physical office is not operational currently, but our partner networks span multiple regions.
All passengers traveling with us must present valid identification. This includes either an original National ID or a passport for foreign travelers.
