Scenic Tour Terms.

Please read these before you book. By booking, you accept them for every guest in your booking.

  1. Booking and confirmation

A seat is booked only once its payment is confirmed. Seats are not held while you pay: if another guest completes payment for the same seat first, we will offer you another seat or flight, or a full refund.

  2. Official booking channels

Book only through SkyTrade Aviation: this website or our team on 0741 196 579. Bookings made through any other person, agent or platform are not valid, and SkyTrade is not responsible for them.

  3. The flight

A scenic tour is a 30-minute flight from Wilson Airport. Each flight carries a maximum of five guests, and the seat you book is the seat you fly in.

  4. Restricted airspace

Some areas cannot be flown over for security and air-traffic reasons, including the Nairobi CBD, State House and the air base. The city is viewed from a distance. The pilot confirms the exact route on the day with air traffic control.

  5. Children

Every child aged 2 years and above must have their own booked seat. Children aged 2 to 10 sit in the cabin, not the front seat. For infants under 2, please talk to our team before booking.

  6. Firearms

Licensed firearm holders must inform our team before the day of the tour.

  7. Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the flight are not refunded. Once your flight time has been communicated, failure to show up is not refunded.

  8. Weather and authorities

All flights follow the directions of the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) and other government authorities. If the airspace is closed, or the weather is unsafe, your flight is postponed to the next available date.

  9. On board

Follow the pilot's and crew's instructions at all times and keep your seatbelt fastened. Guests who are intoxicated or behave unsafely may be refused boarding without a refund.

  10. Your details

Guest names, ID or passport numbers and weights must be accurate: they are used for the flight manifest and the helicopter's weight and balance. Bring the same ID or passport on the day.
