Booking

You can book through our website, via WhatsApp, or by contacting us directly through email. We’ll confirm availability, provide options, and issue a formal quotation.

We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours in advance. However, urgent requests can be accommodated based on aircraft and crew availability.

We’ll need:

  • Full names of all passengers (as per passport)

  • Departure & destination locations

  • Preferred travel date and time

  • Type of aircraft (if known)

  • Any special requests (e.g., meals, pets, medical needs)

Travel

We offer domestic and international charters to virtually any destination with an airport that accommodates private aircraft.

Yes. Private aviation gives you full control — you choose departure times, destinations, and even inflight amenities.

Absolutely. Let us know in advance and we’ll make sure the aircraft is suited to your needs.

A valid passport and applicable visas. For certain regions, additional health or customs documents may be required.

Safety

Your safety is our top priority. We only work with certified operators, experienced pilots, and aircraft that meet strict maintenance and safety regulations.

Yes. Every flight includes passenger liability insurance as required by international aviation law.

Absolutely. All pilots hold valid commercial or ATP licenses and undergo recurrent training and simulator checks, often exceeding minimum regulatory requirements.

Yes. All aircraft are maintained according to manufacturer guidelines and aviation authority standards, including regular inspections and servicing.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges may apply depending on how close to the departure time the cancellation is made.

Yes. Cancellation fees vary by aircraft type and notice period. Same-day or short-notice cancellations may incur up to 100% of the charter cost

Refunds are subject to the terms agreed upon at booking. In some cases, only partial refunds or flight credits are issued.

In the rare event that we must cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your convenience.
